My name is Steve and I'm a baby boomer who has a touch of gray in my whiskers. Why the blog? Well, I love people and find most have fascinating stories to share, regardless of age. I'm not perfect and will not preach but I just want to share life with others, because life is a communal thing. I also love animals of all kinds. I think twice before killing a bug, in fact. I figure that God put everything on this earth, every living thing, that is and I value each of them, some of them at a far distance, but each has a sense of wonder, don't you think?
I will share things that I find helpful or interesting, including encouraging words for everyone. I've had major losses in my life and I've been on mountaintops and have been everywhere in between.
Mostly, I want this to be a sharing experience with everyone, kind of a communal family.
